Who are we? Acert Africa is a proudly South Africa, privately owned company providing a wide range of assurance services to customers in the primary and secondary agricultural sectors throughout Southern Africa. With international experience throughout the value-chain and a multitude of innovative ideas, Managing Director, Mike Wilson identified the opportunity to enter the market and provide a service with a difference. Acert Africa was established in 2007. This vibrant company has developed significantly since its inception. It now has a team of dedicated auditors, facilitators and trainers with broad experience at local, regional and international level having worked with institutions in the SADC and others such as USAID and the Department for International Development (DFID) delivering a professional service to a broad customer base throughout Southern Africa.
What do we do? Inspection and auditing services Acert Africa provides a wide range of assessments against various standards and codes of practice. As an approved service provider to UKAS accredited certification body, National Britannia Certification, our audits are delivered within the framework of an accredited system and carry global recognition.
Training and facilitation services Acert Africa provides high-quality, customer-focused training and facilitation services designed and delivered by qualified and accredited facilitators. Our training courses are designed and delivered to meet the diverse literacy and language requirements of our customer base.
Our approach to work / How do we do it? The focus of the company is on service excellence and adding value to our customers’ business. Acert Africa achieves this by combining thorough understanding of market requirements with practical experience of the realities on the ground.
Our Vision is to become the leading provider of integrated assurance services with a focus on sustainable business practices in the primary and secondary agriculture sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa.
